* How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In the United States delivery can take 6-8 business days after your order has been processed. International orders can take 10-14 business days after processing. These figures are inflated. Normally shipments arrive sooner.
* Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship to all international destinations. All shipping prices are based on the weight and your shipping destination. However, Delivery can take up to 10-14 business days. *Please note: there may be taxes and duties fees charged by your country's customs department, which KingUvdaStreet.com is not responsible for. These fees are not included in the shipping cost of your order.
* Does KingUvdaStreet.com have a catalog?
At this time, we do not offer a printed catalog that can be sent out to you. Our website serves as our catalog.
* What are your shipping rates?
All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. During checkout, the shipping cost will be determined and then added to the total.
* What is your return or exchange policy?
We will make an exchange only if the product was the wrong product sent, wrong size or wrong color. All returns must be done within 7 days of products arrival and must be in new condition. Not worn or washed. We will not accept returns on items that you broke. Refunds will only be given if it's a manufacturer's defect and not a result of wear and tear. All refund claims will be investigated. Customer will be subject to any additional shipping charges. Send us an email at support@kinguvdastreet.com and let us know the reason for the return. Then send the item back in new condition along with a note attached explaining in detail the reason that you would like an exchange and what item you want sent to you. If an items price is more than the item returned, the customer will be subject to the additional cost.
* When and how long does it take to process my order?
Under normal circumstances all orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm CST will be processed and shipped out the same business day. If your order has a high order amount or the billing and shipping addresses are different, your order may be delayed due to fraud protection purposes. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed and shipped out the following business day. *We DO NOT ship or deliver on United States holidays or weekends.
* What credit cards do you accept?

* Do you sell products wholesale or in bulk?
At this time, we do not sell wholesale. You are welcome to place a large order with us, but you will pay the prices that you see on the website.
* How will I know that my item(s) has been shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation with the shipment tracking number once your item has been processed and shipped. Your business is very important to us and processing times can vary depending on in stock availability and quantity.

* Can I make a payment using Western Union?
Yes. We accept payments through Western Union or Money Gram. Click on the Western Union link on the left side bar for information on how to place an order and make a payment when using Western Union.
* What can I expect after my order is placed?
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email to confirm that the order has been received. Next, our customer care team will review your order and check for in stock availability in our warehouse. Then, your items will be carefully packaged and sent to the shipping area where your items are picked up for shipping via mail carrier at a designated time. After this process is complete, our Customer Care Team will send you a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping tracking number. Depending on the number of orders in front of yours, processing times can sometimes take 2-3 business days.
* Do you accept payments by credit card even if my shipping and billing address are different? If this is a problem can you tell me what I have to do?
Your billing and shipping address must be the same in order to complete your order online. If you wish to ship your order to a different address, you must print and fill out our Payment/Authorization Form located at the top left of this page and fax it to us along with a copy of both sides of the Credit Card and a copy of the cardholders Drivers License or valid I.D. If these requirements are not met, the merchandise will not be shipped until we receive additional information.

All shipping rates are based on the weight of your items and the location of your shipping address. For Overseas shipments, co-signer (buyer) is responsible for all expenses including import duty, customs and\or brokerage fees. During checkout, the shipping cost will be determined and then added to the total. All shipments include tracking for safe delivery.
