Returns and Exchanges
For your convenience, we have provided an easy return process detailed on the back of your order form, which you can use. Transit time for your return to reach us can take 7 to 14 calendar days (International returns may take longer). Enclose the completed Return and Exchange form with your package and send it to KingUvdaStreet Urban Clothing P.O. Box 47474, Chicago IL 60647. KingUvdaStreet is not responsible for any shipping costs to return item(s). For Overseas shipments, co-signer (buyer) is responsible for all expenses including import duty, customs and\or brokerage fees. For no additional shipping and handling fees, we will send the merchandise you are requesting in exchange via Standard Shipping. If you have any questions regarding your exchange or return, please contact our customer care department.
Be sure to package the merchandise properly. Any merchandise returned that is not in its original condition with tags will not be accepted. It is the customers’ responsibility to make sure the package is packed, posted and sent correctly. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as KingUvdaStreet Urban Clothing is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen merchandise while in transit back to us. All packages must be sent to our address that is listed on the front of the invoice. Once your return package is received, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification once your request is complete. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of its arrival to you.
